I work with adults navigating single-incident trauma, complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and interpersonal trauma. Treatment is collaborative and grounded in practicality.
My work draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure-based approaches, and Crucible Neurobiological Therapy for interpersonal and relational trauma.
My work also draws from mindfulness practice, somatics, and trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

We usually meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, with the option of longer sessions or intensives when helpful.

I integrate ACT, DBT, exposure-based methods, and Crucible Neurobiological Therapy so treatment fits your learning history and your needs, and is trauma-informed.
