What therapy looks like
Practical, compassionate, and direct.
We meet weekly or every other week, usually for 50 minutes. Couples Intensives, extended three-hour sessions, are available when you want to move faster or unblock a specific issue.
Over time, the work becomes more about who you each want to be inside this relationship and how to actually show up that way.
My approach
I use ACT, DBT, and The ACT Crucible.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and The ACT Crucible, a method I developed that combines psychological flexibility with differentiation. The result is therapy that helps you stay connected to yourself while staying emotionally engaged with your partner, even in hard moments.

Many couples find online sessions easier to schedule around work and childcare, while in-person sessions can feel especially grounding for deeper or more intensive work.
