Individual therapy with me is collaborative and transparent. We'll move at your pace, and work on addressing issues that are important to you. 

My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, exposure-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. I tailor what we do to the person in front of me.

We usually meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. 

I'll be warm, curious, and direct. We will work together in helping you feel less stuck. 

I would love to help you develop more flexible relationship with yourself, your emotions, and the people in your life.

My approach

I use ACT, DBT, and The ACT Crucible.

I integrate ACT, DBT, exposure therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, including Crucible Neurobiological Therapy for interpersonal trauma. We'll use whatever fits — but the core is always relational and values-driven.
