Better understand yourself
Make meaning of your experience and better understand the people in your life. You begin to see why you do what you do, and why others do what they do.
Specialized approach
A therapeutic method I created that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Crucible Therapy: psychological flexibility meets differentiation to help individuals, couples, and families create extraordinary relationships.
01 · ACT
ACT is an evidence-based therapy that teaches psychological flexibility, the capacity to stay present, open to what you're feeling, and guided by your values, even when emotions or thoughts are painful.
Instead of trying to eliminate uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, ACT helps you change your relationship to them. You stop letting avoidance run your life, and you start moving toward what matters to you.
02 · Differentiation
Differentiation, at the heart of Crucible Therapy as developed by David Schnarch, is the ability to stay connected to yourself while staying emotionally engaged with someone else, especially when things get hard.
It's what allows you to say what you actually think without collapsing if your partner disagrees, and to stay open to your partner without losing yourself in their reactions. It's the quiet foundation of real intimacy.
03 · The synthesis
ACT gives us tools for being present with our own experience and acting on our values. Differentiation gives us the capacity to hold ourselves steady inside the heat of close relationships.
The ACT Crucible integrates them together. The work moves through self-confrontation, clarifying what you value, building emotional flexibility, and practicing relational growth, the kind that leads to genuine intimacy and psychological freedom.
It's a method built for the moments where most people retreat or escalate. Instead, you learn to stay: open, honest, and in contact with both yourself and the person across from you.
