I value collaborative relationships with fellow therapists and appreciate the trust involved in referring to a client. I hope to provide thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality care so that clients feel well supported and referring clinicians can feel confident that their clients are receiving competent, and responsive treatment. I am happy to consult about fit, discuss treatment considerations, and coordinate care when clinically appropriate and with client consent.

My Approach
My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT) and Standard DBT, Exposure Therapy, and Crucible Therapy as well as trauma informed approaches. As a therapist, I tend to be active, transparent, and engaged, balancing acceptance with meaningful behavioral change.
Professional Connections
I genuinely enjoy connecting with colleagues, consulting on challenging cases, and building relationships within the therapeutic community. Whether you are seeking a referral resource, a consultation partner, or simply wish to expand your professional network, I welcome the opportunity to connect, and I would be more than happy to grab a coffee.
A Collaborative View of Therapy
I believe that different therapists can offer unique perspectives, relational experiences, and ways of understanding that may deepen and enrich a person's growth. No single therapist can embody every therapeutic stance, and meaningful change can emerge through exposure to different ways of relating, reflecting, and engaging in the work. I respect the relationships clients have built with previous and current providers and view therapy as part of a broader ecosystem of care rather than a standalone endeavor.
Personalized and Process-Based Therapy
I believe effective therapy begins with understanding the unique processes that shape a person's suffering, strengths, and ways of relating to themselves and others. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all protocol, I seek to tailor treatment to the individual or couple sitting in front of me.
My work is informed by process-based therapies, which focus on identifying and strengthening the psychological, emotional, and interpersonal processes most relevant to meaningful change. This approach allows therapy to remain flexible, responsive, and grounded in what matters most to each client. While therapy cannot promise specific outcomes, process-based work offers the possibility of moving beyond symptom reduction alone toward greater psychological flexibility, deeper connection, and a life that feels more aligned with one's values.
